UK gin sales passed £1 billion for the first time in 2015, and are predicted to hit £1.31 billion by the end of the decade.

Growth has been particularly marked among younger consumers, with 42% of the key 18-to-34 demographic having drunk gin in the last year.

Think Gin will run from 9:30am to 6.00pm at The Hospital Club in London's Covent Garden.
