Vinoteca is to open its third wine bar, dining room and wine shop in Soho, in mid April.
Brett Woonton, Charlie Young and Elena Ares, the team behind the concept - the third bar in Beak Street, comes on the back of its Farringdon and Marylebone launches.
Set over two floors, Vinoteca in Soho aims to offer a good value wine list alongside a frequently changing menu of modern British and European dishes, served by friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Vinoteca in Soho will have a 300-strong list, with 25 wines available by the glass, featuring a broad variety of good value, interesting and "quirky" wines often sourced from artisan producers, smaller importers or directly from vineyards.
Bag-in-Box wines are also available at Vinoteca in Soho offering environmentally friendly, premium quality AOC wines.
All wines will also be available to buy from the Vinoteca Soho shop or online.
Head chef Will Leigh who joined the team in 2010 to open Vinoteca in Marylebone, has created the menu to reflects his pedigree and training with Rowley Leigh, Paul Rankin and Jeremy Lee.
The 45-cover ground floor will open from noon to 11pm and offer relaxed all day dining.
