The Harpers Wine Seller will bring together producers, industry figures, sommeliers and on-trade buyers in a highly informative and explorative table-top sampling area.
As well as sampling the wines on offer, the visitor will benefit from tutored tastings and informal one-on-one sessions led by industry figures and sommeliers on the benefits of creating a fantastic wine list, leading to greater profit in their establishment.
The Restaurant Show last year attracted 11,168 visitors of which, over 70% expressed an interest in wine. When asked, over 40% spend between £50,000 and £100,000 annually on wine.
