German wine brand Black Tower is getting behind British summer romantic comedy Walking on Sunshine.
The Reh Kendermann owned brand, which last year sold 14 million bottles around the world, is responsible for a third of German wine sales in the UK.
From this month a limited edition Black Tower bottle design will be on shelf at all major retailers, with photographs from the film on the label, alongside details of a competition to win tickets to its London premiere. The competition is one of Black Tower's biggest and will be promoted via advertising and social media.

The film stars singer Leona Lewis and comedian Katy Brand, with the plot focused on finding love in Italy to the tune of hits from the Eighties. The brand says the film's target audience matches its own, and the movie is released on June 27.
The brand is ramping up marketing and promotional activities - it designed a special Mother's Day and Valentine's offering of a gift set with three different messages on the bottle and a gift tag on the back which could be personalised by consumers.
Aside from still Black Tower variants, the brand also incorporates a 5.5% abv B by Black Tower Range, as well as Black Tower Pink Bubbly, and the newly launched white sparkling version.
Reh Kendermann's managing director Nik Schritz said: "The market performance of Black Tower as a brand over the last year has been tremendously successful. In terms of the total German off-trade category, Black Tower now has virtually 30% of the market and the range of Reh Kendermann wines in the independent sector have an amazing 50% share."
