LOT QUITS CHATEAUONLINE

The merry-go-round at ChateauOnline continues, with the departure of CEO Thomas Lot. Lot told Harpers: I consider that my mission is over, given the turnaround we have made.' Lot was with the company for less than a year, in which time 50% of its staff was shed, and UK and German offices closed. Lot has gone to Amazon, as vice president and European general manager. The vacant post of CEO will not be filled; instead, a committee of directors and a supervisory board have been installed, with former sales and development manager Christophe Poupinel as president.
