Warren Edwardes, the man behind the Wine for Spice range, is to add an Italian red sparkler to the current line-up. The new wine will be semi-sparkling, in keeping with the range, which is designed to be drunk with spicy food. Edwardes added that he may add a sparkling Shiraz and Champagne to the range in a year or two's time.
