Côtes du Rhône will be launching a pop-up in collaboration with the London College of Communication (LCC) and chef Adam Rawson for an interactive art exhibition called The Rhône Touch.
The art exhibition will offer free admission and be open for two weeks starting on 21 July at Platform Theatre Foyer and Bar at King's Cross in London.
"Like art, wine is an experience and with The Rhône Touch, we wanted to demonstrate it is a true source of inspiration and much more than just taste. As a region we're always looking to do things differently and inspire consumers. This is exactly what this project was about; supporting the next generation of designers, encouraging them to come up with their own interpretation of our wines," said Agnès Heller, marketing manager of Côtes du Rhône Wines.
The art exhibition will have ten interactive installations which are centred around different aspects of the Rhône. The students' unique pieces use different sensorial experiences including sound, smell and touch to create an emotional connection for viewers.

Joel Karamath, course director, BA (Hons) Interaction Design Arts at LCC said: "This partnership has provided a unique experience for our students where they were able to go beyond the bottle to the essence of the wine. We're very proud of their work and we're hoping that guests will be surprised at the ingenuity and creativity our students have demonstrated."
As part of the exhibition there will be The Rhône Touch wine bar where red, white and rosé wines will be available by the glass starting at £5.
Côtes du Rhône also partnered with up and coming fusion chef Adam Rawson. Rawson has worked with several famed restauranteurs including Gordon Ramsay, Nuno Mendes, Claude Bosi and Bjorn van der Horst. Wines will be paired with small plates which start at £5 each or there will be option to book the course menu for the evening. Tickets for the food menu can be booked in advance.
