French Bubbles takes permanent site in Covent Garden

Grower Champagne supplier French Bubbles is taking on a permanent site in London's Covent Garden following the success of its cheese and Champagne-based pop-up.

Champagne + Fromage combines a shop selling artisanal grower champagnes with an exclusively French fromagerie and bistro.

The 30-cover, 515-square-foot interior includes mismatched, reclaimed furniture, which create a lived-in, traditional French feel.

Champagne + Fromage has a tight-knit list of 25 Champagnes of every style: Brut and Brut Rosé to Grand Cru, Premier Cru, Grand Cru Rosé, Extra Dry, non-vintage and vintages. They are all exclusive to the UK and are available to take home from £25 (£50 in) per bottle of Pertois-Moriset Sélection to £55 (£110 in) per bottle of Waris-Larmandier 2004 Grand Cru.

There are 30 French cheese available, alongside charcuterie, supplied by Normande à Londres and sourced from small suppliers in France.
