South African family wineries Warwick Estate of Stellenbosch and Vilafonté have changed their UK representation to JE Fells.
The change will take effect from February 1 2011.
Warwick Estate and Vilafonté managing director Mike Ratcliffe said: "We have had a remarkably successful past decade in the UK and our brand has gone from strength to strength. We are sure that Fells are the perfect partners for Warwick Estate and Vilafonté as we embark on the next stage of our development in the key UK market."
Colin McKenzie, managing director of Fells, added: "We have waited some time for the right family owned South African winery to become available, and we are very proud to have been selected by Warwick Estate & Vilafonté to represent them in the UK."
Fells was founded in 1858 and represents a selection of family-owned businesses including Graham's, Dow and Warre as well as Miguel Torres, E Guigal, Bouchard Père et Fils, William Fèvre and Villa Ponciago.
