Stone, Vine & Sun, a new Hampshire-based fine wine mail-order business, was launched last month. The company specialises in the Rhne, Burgundy and the Languedoc, and wines from small, independent producers'. The three-strong management team consists of Simon Taylor, formerly of Sotheby's, John Taylor MW, the former MD of Hatch Mansfield, and Andrew Shaw, ex-Oddbins and an MW student.
