Competition time again
HOT, Harpers' sister title exclusively for the on-trade, and Rosemount are searching for the best of the UK's up-and-coming on-trade talent, with the launch of Young Restaurant Manager of the Year 2003. Now in its sixth year, the competition is inviting entries from Restaurant Managers under the age of 35 who are able to pull everything and everyone in a restaurant together. This year's winner will be sent on an all-expenses-paid trip to Australia, courtesy of Rosemount.
