Online guide to essential packaging advice

Retailers can keep up with packaging reduction commitments thanks to a new online guide from WRAP (Waste & Resources Action Programme).

The Guide to Evolving Packaging Design includes information on packaging design, consumer perceptions, material choice and recyclability, as well as displays concept packs for a range of products.

WRAP packaging design specialist Helen Hughes said: "The retail packaging landscape is changing quickly. Consumers are demanding less packaging, and the top 13 retailers have pledged to reduce packaging by signing up to the Courtauld Commitment and brands are also increasingly looking to get involved."
