Fitou producers may quit CIVL

A number of Fitou producers in southern France have expressed a desire to leave the CIVL (Conseil Interprofessionnel des Vins du Languedoc). The news broke at the CIVL's general meeting.
As a result, the CIVL has set up an advisory committee to identify the specific requirements of the Fitou producers,' said CIVL MD Axel de Woillemont, who stressed that the aims of Fitou and the CIVL are still united' under the Sud de France project.
