Gonzalez Byass adds three

Published:  23 July, 2008

The UK arm of Sherry producer Gonzalez Byass has created
three new roles at the St Albans-based company.

With a new light wine range set to be launched later this year - in addition to the existing brands Altozano an Beronia - Sarah Youds has been appointed as brand manager for wines. Youds will oversee the development of the Gonzalez Byass wine portfolio.

To support the Gonzalez Byass sherry brands - such as Tio Pepe, Rare Old Soleras and La Concha - Andrew Sinclair has been recruited as a key account manager for the on-trade. He will focus on the distribution, education and correct service of Gonzalez Byass products in London restaurants and bars.

Colin Armitage has been appointed as business manager on-trade, solely responsible for national wholesale and

multiple on-trade retail.
