New owner at Berkeley's, London

The Berkeley Square Restaurant and Bar has been purchased by the London & Henley Group.
Plans to move the restaurant forward will involve the redesign of certain areas as well as a relaunch of the restaurant bar and private dining room.
Key staff are to be retained, including husband-and-wife team Steven and Merete Black - head chef and general manager, respectively.
John De Stefano, director of the London & Henley Group, commented: I was a regular customer at the restaurant when the opportunity to buy the operation arose, and I was more than happy to consider the possibilities.'
