Wine agency Barwell & Jones has boosted its sales and marketing teams in order to drive growth.
Katarina Luciakova joins as brand manager from sister company Coe Vintners while Laura Dawson becomes a national account manager.
Luciakova will work with the marketing team developing the communication and marketing strategies across the Barwell & Jones business and wine portfolio. She worked at Coe Vintners for the past 10 years, gaining experience across customer service, purchasing, trade marketing and brand management.
From June, Laura Dawson will join the sales team as national account manager. Based in Lincoln, she will be responsible for a number of national, key and regional accounts. Dawson began her career with Marriott in the USA before joining Waverley Wines & Spirits, then the coffee industry.

Barwell & Jones represents a portfolio of family owned wineries including Chile's Vina Morande, Portugal's Herdade do Esporao, Argentina's Lagarde and Australia'a Willow Bridge. The agency mainly targets regional wholesalers and the independent sector.
