TM ROBERTSON & LLOYD TAYLOR WINES MERGE

T M Robertson Wine Cellars, the Scottish arm of Berkmann Wine Cellars, has announced a merger with Lloyd Taylor Wines of Perth. The company will trade as TM Robertson incorporating Lloyd Taylor Wines. The Perth warehouse will continue to run as normal until the combining of stocks in 2004. Adrian Laird Craig, director of TM Robertson, said: We believe that both companies will find considerable synergies.'
