The Institute of Masters of Wine has announced two new MWs. Meg Brodtmann is an Australian who studied winemaking at Roseworthy, worked in Australia for Yarra Ridge and Domaine Chandon and spent three years with Angela Muir MW at Cellarworld. She is currently winemaker for Morand in Chile. Simon Field is a buyer for Berry Bros & Rudd, responsible primarily for the Rhne, Port and Champagne. Both have passed their dissertations and will join Konstantinos Lazarakis, Bob Paulinski and Mike Ritchie as this year's new MWs.
