Third time unlucky for Yarraman bid

Evans & Tate has rejected Yarraman's third "takeover" bid worth around AUS $100 (43.2m) saying it was not "sufficiently compelling".
Yarraman has expressed disappointment at the decision, believing the offer was competitive and compelling and plans continue to promote the offer to the E&T board and all shareholders.
