Matthew Hill has been seconded from the Department of Culture, Media & Sport to act as interim chief executive
of The Drinkaware Trust - the joint body set up by the drinks industry and government to campaign on sensible drinking.
Within DCMS he has worked as head of the Licensing Reform Bill team (2002-03) and is currently head of broadcasting sponsorship and diversity. Previously he has worked as private secretary to the Leader of the House of Commons and in the office of the e-Envoy.
