Dominic Ford, previously of Harvey Nichols, is setting up a new venture in Battersea, on the site of a former Caf Rouge.
Butcher and Grill will follow Fish Works' principle, but with meat instead of fish, and a small butcher's shop will operate adjacent to the restaurant and bar area.
The intention is to focus on the best quality meat available in the UK.
Ford was responsible for the Restaurants and Food Retail Division of Harvey Nichols for 13 years, creating revenues in excess of 38 million.
He was also in charge of setting up the OXO Tower Restaurant and Bar on the Wharf's 8th floor.
