With restaurants, bars and hotels facing unprecedented challenges when the hospitality sector begins to re-open this spring/summer, Harpers and Trade Hospitality App have teamed up to bring together top operators for our forthcoming Building Back Better: Rebooting the On-Trade for 2021 webinar.

Planned as an insightful session designed to help the on-trade navigate the road ahead, our panel of industry leaders will give insights into their strategies for taking businesses forward, exploring how best to boost profitability while maintaining high standards in a tough and evolving climate.

This free-to-attend webinar will take place on Monday 22 February, 3.30pm-4.30pm, with a formidable line-up drawn from across the restaurant and bar worlds.

Topics considered on the day will include maximising aspects of the business, including new revenue streams, tailoring kitchen/menu/drinks offer, managing shifts and staffing, marketing/communication, along with managing customer expectation and more.
