Cutting Room heads to Fitzrovia

A new restaurant, late-night bar and art space, Cutting Room, is opening in Fitzrovia later this spring with a focus on sustainable and ethical sharing plates.

The restaurant will focus on slow-cooking methods and exotic meats, while the downstairs bar will serve “prescription” cocktails and classics alongside bottle-aged drinks and wines.

Working in collaboration with Woolff Gallery, the Cutting Room will host regularly revolving contemporary art exhibitions with its décor changing on a monthly basis. Late night DJ sets will feature Thursday to Saturday until 1am.
