The Role:

Responsible for press relations and digital communications for Liberty Wines products and producers within the UK and Ireland, this is a varied role that requires a passion for wine and offers the opportunity to work across all our marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Press relations - manage all product and producer related communications, plus ad hoc corporate communications, with UK and Ireland trade and consumer press, including:

Press release
Press trips and tastings
Press requests
Weekly press coverage email
Product sampling programme
Press contacts database

Digital communications – create and co-ordinate content to help drive traffic to the Liberty Wines UK and Ireland websites and generate leads/sales, including:

News and blogs
Content calendar management
Social media

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a marketing or communications role
Excellent writing skills
Proven ability to work well under pressure maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Strong IT skills
Good wine knowledge (WSET Level 3 preferred)

Salary & Benefits:

Salary is dependent on experience, with the following:

Personal bonus of up to 5% of salary based on performance against key objectives
Participation in discretionary Company bonus
22 days holiday rising to 25 days
