Following its success as part of last year's Edinburgh Fringe Festival the Champagne Pommery pop-up café bar has once again made an appearance.
Catering firm Heritage Portfolio is hosting the pop-up, which will take place in the Signet Library and will be in place for the duration of the festival, which kicked off last week.
Pommery UK ambassador Sara Hicks will be hosting a tutored Champagne tasting in the library on August 15, where attendees will be introduced to the producer's four seasonal Champagnes, before sitting down to a dinner of roast lobster, wedges and a glass of Pommery Brut Royal.
This year the pop-up will also feature beers from East Lothian microbrewery Knops Beer Company and a local gin from Edinburgh's Spencerfield Spirit Company.
Ian D'Annunzio-Green, executive director of Heritage Portfolio, said: "We value the relationship we have with Pommery and this is an example of an excellent partnership, particularly with the Sara Hicks tutorial being part of Edinburgh's Fringe Festival.
"The pop-up offers the opportunity for us to showcase the exclusive Pommery brand to a wider consumer audience as well as allowing us to create an aspirational experience for fringe-goers."
