Galvin at Windows launches St George's Day British beer menu

London's Michelin-starred restaurant Galvin at Windows is to launch a British beer and food matching menu for St George's Day.
From St George's Day, April 23 until May 7, lunchtime customers will have the choice of a specially designed "British Beer Festival" three-course menu, featuring two British beers paired with each course.
André Garrett, head chef at Galvin at Windows, says: "Britain is renowned worldwide for the quality of its beer, so what better way to experience its diversity and style than alongside the quality of our Michelin-starred dishes."
Galvins and Windows is located on the 28thfloor of London Hilton on Park Lane, Mayfair.
