Liv-ex and Vine open temperature-controlled storage chamber

Liv-ex - The Fine Wine Exchange and logistics provider, Vine, have trebled their warehouse space by opening a new temperature-controlled wine chamber within London City Bond.

As part of Liv-ex and Vine's continued investment in fine wine and specialist logistics services the new space at Tibury aims to provide the ideal storage environment.

The new chamber is the first temperature controlled one within LCB Tilbury - it affords over 700 square metres of racked and bulk storage space for up to 20,000 cases of wine and is fitted with CCTV managed by a team of four warehousemen. \

Designed to meet the specific needs of fine wine traders, it is also fully equipped with photo booths and professional photo equipment for condition checks and verification

Liv-ex director, James Miles, said: "Vine's new warehouse - like all of its services - has been designed from the very beginning with fine wine in mind and is another step towards our goal of greatly improving the efficiency of fine wine trading and settlement."
