First Drinks' Taboo spirits brand is linking up with nail care company Nails Inc in a bid to target female drinkers in the on-trade this summer.
The brand is giving away 13,000 nail polishes to female consumers in on-trade outlets, which will be given POS kits with tent cards, posters and branded T-shirts to raise awareness of the marketing drive.
The promotion will allow consumers to claim a free bottle of Nails Inc polish worth £10.50 when they collect three vouchers, one of which will be given away with every 5cl serving of Taboo bought.
Senior brand manager Mark Collins said: "Taboo is an increasingly popular speciality drink, which offers outlets and consumers alike numerous serving options ideal for the warmer months.
"The tie-up with such a complementary brand as Nails Inc is an ideal way for us to reach our target drinkers, giving a fresh incentive to trial.
"With the on-trade facing such a difficult time at the moment we wanted to inject some fun and glamour back into the marketplace with a campaign set to really drive sales and increase spend through on-trade tills."
