Co-op promotes Fairtrade wine products

Ahead of Fairtrade Fortnight (February 25 to March 9) the Co-op will be promoting all its own-label and branded Fairtrade products including 16 wines.

The promotions go in-store from February 18 and the promotions will be running on the Co-op's six Argentine, three Chilean and seven South African Fairtrade wines, including two branded wines (Thandi Fairtrade Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot 2006 and Thandi Fairtrade Chardonnay 2006).

Champagne promotions going in-store from February 18 include a half-price offer on Hubert Laurent Brut non-vintage (down to 10.99 from 21.99), a 6-off promotion on Drappier Carte d'Or non-vintage (12.99 from 18.99) and 8 off Drappier Ros Leger Champagne (14.99 from 22.99).

The Co-op's "fizz of the month" promotion offers 2 off Jacob's Creek Sparkling Chardonnay/Pinot Noir (6.49 from 8.49).

The promotions run through until March 9.
