The group comprises seven restaurants in London: the flagship and original premises at The Cut, Waterloo; two in Borough High Street, South London (one is a caf); as well as New Globe Walk, also SE1; Bloomsbury Street, WC1; and Farringdon Road, EC1. There is also the new EV restaurant in Isabella Street, close to The Cut, which features an adjoining bar, bakery, delicatessen and organic shop.
