PERNOD RICARD RESTRUCTURES

Pernod Ricard has restructured and renamed its Polish division following the acquisition of Polmos Poznan. The division becomes Wyborowa SA, with Yves Flassier as chairman and chief operating officer. He will be in charge of all of PR's spirits and wine business in Poland. Olivier Gulaund becomes administrative and financial director and Christophe Lucas marketing and sales director.
