Hi-Spirits has turned the spotlight on Southern Comfort with a light-hearted ‘Canpaign’ push designed to provide consumers with a break from the General Election.
Focussed on the brand’s lemonade & lime RTD, the campaign comprises advertising on London busses and underground from today (31st May, 2017), alongside ads in Time Out and social media activity based around a #SouthernWelcome hashtag.
All of this will be supported by a ‘Canpaign’ bus, which will make stops in key UK cities including London, Birmingham, Manchester and Reading, on which the ‘Southern Welcome Band’ and a squad of brand ambassadors are offering samples while sharing the ‘Canpaign Manifesto’.
“With so much serious campaigning going on around the UK, we thought that consumers would enjoy our light-hearted alternative,” said marketing director, Amanda Watkins.
The push marks the second ATL campaign for Southern Comfort since the brand moved to Hi-Spirits in the UK last year.
