What's special about the IHEGGAT training programme?

The Institute of Advanced Studies in Taste, Gastronomy and the Arts of the Table was set up by the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne in 2004. It offers a four-week intensive multi-disciplinary course covering all the major facets of gastronomy and 'fine living' to industry professionals with more than seven years experience. The next session takes place from 1426 November 2005 and 618 March 2006 and costs e4,000 plus e3,000 for accommodation, meals and transport. The course is conducted in French with simultaneous translation into English.
