The collaboration - with Denbies - is an exclusive for the discounter and the UK's sixth largest supermarket.
The Chalk Valley Quality English Sparkling Wine, £14.99 will be available online from October 2 and selected stores.
The company says the collaboration has come about to satisfy British shoppers' increasing thirst for locally sourced food and drink.
According to poll of 2,000 consumers, published by The Grocer in August, 11% of Brits said that English wine was the best in the world.
Aldi sold over five million bottles of sparkling in 2015.
