Champagne house Moët & Chandon is bringing its Moët Academy pop-up back to London this year, after its successful inaugural outing in 2015.

This year, the pop-up will be situated at Soho's Condé Nast College and will run from in Soho from March 21 to April 3.

Also new for 2016 is an immersive 360o 'virtual reality' tour of the iconic vineyards of Champagne.

The academy is designed to educate consumers about Champagne.

Wine writer Jane Parkinson and Champagne Ambassador 2015 Simon Stockton talk ticket holders through the life cycle of a Champagne vintage, from the region's terroir and the characteristics of the grape varieties used to the blending, maturation and in-bottle fermentation processes.
