Bibendum PLB has partnered with Kings Place to host a charity auction and dinner in aid of Action Against Hunger. The event, named the Ultimate Wine Options Dinner, will take place on 7 September.
Guests will be welcomed with Champagne and canapés. A four-course dinner will follow, with every dish accompanied by two carefully selected wines.
Each wine will be served blind as part of the evening's 'Wine Options' challenge. Every table will work together as a team to identify the wines served. The table with the highest number of correct answers will win an exciting prize, to be announced on the night.
There will also be both a silent and a live auction over the course of the evening, with amazing prizes linked to the world of food and drink.
Kings Place has established itself as one of London's leading cultural venues since it opened in 2008.
Action Against Hunger launched in the UK in 1995. It is committed to ending child hunger, targeting conflict situations and natural disasters as well as chronic food insecurity. Last year it helped over 13.6 million people in 47 countries.
Bibendum director Willie Lebus commented: "Action Against Hunger is the Bibendum PLB Group's company charity and, right now, is saving lives and changing futures for earthquake survivors in Nepal, and across the globe. We hope that this evening will be a wonderful opportunity to gather friends and colleagues to help change the lives of people in need."
Matthew White, fundraising director at Action Against Hunger, said: "Vital funds raised on the night will enable our international colleagues to provide malnourished children with the nutrition and support they need to grow up healthy. We are truly grateful to the Bibendum PLB Group and the Kings Place Events team for making this possible."
A table of ten will cost just £1,500. To book, please email: wineoptions@bibendum-plb.com
