WSA'S LICENSING GUIDES

The Wine & Spirit Association (WSA) has published guides to the Licensing Act 2003, which is expected to come into force in November of this year. Monday 7 February was the first day of processing of licences under the new Act. There are four guides, each tailored to different sectors of the off-trade represented by the WSA: retailers, wholesalers, distance sellers and wine producers. The guides are available free to WSA members, or at a cost of 5 to non-members. The documents can be downloaded from the WSA website (www.wsa.org.uk).
