Bargain Booze franchisees are getting their share of a £180,000 bonus pot this month from owners Conviviality Retail, following the launch of a reward scheme.
The Franchisee Reward Scheme is part of a package of new incentives to support Conviviality Retail franchisees, and operators of Bargain Booze and Thorougoods stores will receive the payments.
Franchisees receive a quarterly bonus from Conviviality - the payment increases in line with the number of stores a franchisee operates.

Diana Hunter, chief executive of Conviviality, said: "Building strong relationships with our franchisees is the key to our success, and launching our reward scheme is part of our commitment to them.
"We aim to offer a range of market-leading incentives to our franchisees to help them deliver business growth and boost their profitability, alongside the great deals we supply every week."
The group's recent half year results showed a 5.2% decline in retail sales to October 27 2013 which it attributed to its store closure programme. Overall like-for-like sales increased by 1.5% and average sales were up 4.9% on the previous year.
Conviviality Retail franchisee-operated stores are located throughout England and Wales and trade under a number of fascias including Bargain Booze, Select Convenience, Thorougoods and Wine Rack. The company listed on AIM in July 2013.
