Monin opens specialist mixologist studio in London

Monin UK has opened its 54^th global state-of-the-art mixologist studio, Monin Studio London enabling bartenders and baristas to experiment with its products and develop their drinks menus.

Visitors to the Studio in Shoreditch can make every drink imaginable using Monin's range of premium syrups, sauces and frappe powders alongside a range of spirit, wine and soft drinks brands from partners including Stoli Vodka, Pernod Ricard and Speciality Brands which are supporting the initiative.

Based in Hoxton Square, it has been designed with the trade in mind, with high-end finishes and professionally-designed bartender and barista stations, plus a stylish conference area.

Monin's owner, Olivier Monin said: "The Monin Studio London is the perfect showcase for the flexibility of our product range. Baristas and bartenders are our greatest ambassadors, and I always admire their creativity and passion for our brand. Now they have a dedicated space to experiment and develop their drinks menus in one of the cocktail capitals of the world."

It is the 54^th such facility to open, joining a global network of similar Monin sites in leading cities around the world.
