Following an investment in excess of £1m, Kingsland Wines and Spirits has completed the installation of 42 new stainless steel tanks to help increase capacity at its bottling plant.
The Irlam site project project has represented the largest single investment since the management buyout in 2004 and has seen a complete overhaul of its wine cellar, plus investment into a new off loading facility.
Mark Dixon, manufacturing director, said: "It's been well planned and excellently managed from start to finish, and we've even created a short video of the installation to give people an insight into the scale of the project.
"It's a hugely important investment for Kingsland as the new cellar gives us improved operational efficiency, as well as offering customers greater flexibility."
There will be more planned improvements to the winery in 2013.
