Seeing as I do 95% of the cooking at home, and I have recently developed a craving for risottos of all types, I've found that a lightly chilled bottle of Lopez de Heredia Vina Tondonia Gravonia Crianza Rioja Blanco 2003 goes down like a homesick mole.
