Stock Spirits Group has appointed Jack Keenan as non-executive chairman.
Keenan is the founder and CEO of Grand Cru Consulting Ltd, a global wine and spirits specialist mergers and acquisitions advisory practice and has also spent time at Grand Metropolitan and Diageo, as well as having broader experience in FMCG and general retail sectors.
Keenan joined the board of Grand Metropolitan in 1996, as CEO of its global wine and spirits business. He led the consolidation of global drinks by merging the businesses of Grand Met and Guinness in 1997 (to form Diageo) and led the acquisition of Seagrams.
Keenan has also served on the boards of Diageo as an executive director, and as a non-executive on Body Shop International, General Mills, Inc, Marks & Spencer and Tomkins.
