Champagne house Jacquart and Harpers are teaming up to launch a new national trophy for up-and-coming young sommeliers and chefs.
Restaurateurs, sommeliers or chefs visiting the London International Wine and Spirit Fair (LWSF), who are interested in receiving an entry pack for your team ahead of the game, should drop by the Champagne Jacquart Champagne bar on stand F60 with their business cards.
