All Bar One turns focus on sustainability

Published:  06 June, 2018

All Bar One has introduced its first collection of environmentally friendly wines as part of a new sustainability focus for the group.

The seven-strong range, claimed to be “one of the biggest” sustainable collections available in any UK bar, comprises seven tipples - each with a tale to tell from lower carbon footprints, reduced wastage methods to reusable energy practices on the vineyard.

Available from the 10th of June, the launch forms part of a ‘One for All & All for Wine’ initiative by the business introduced in response to the increasing number of people taking notice about where their food and drink is coming from, and the impact it has on the environment.

The new range delivered on not only protecting the planet but also on taste, said marketing manager Laura Clarke.

“From the UK exclusive on tap rosé with a 100% recyclable keg, to a classic Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand where animals roam free across the vineyard, every wine takes the guest on a journey back to nature,” she said.

Guests would recognise that each one of the selection presented more than just a drink, she added. “It presents a new movement in the world of wine.”

Guests can try a glass of wine from the new sustainable collection, which is sourced from producers from New Zealand, France, Italy and Spain, for £5.
