Independent whisky bottler Wemyss Malts is launching an extra-peaty blended whisky.
Kiln Embers has double the amount of Islay malt in its blend than sister brand Peat Chimney.
It has no age statement, is non-chill-filtered and bottled at 46% abv.
The whisky is a limited release of 12,000 bottles globally and is expected to sell in specialist spirits stores at around £42.
Managing director William Wemyss said: "When I started this business in 2005, I never envisaged the amazing breadth of flavours to be found in whiskies.
"Our new Kiln Embers is even smokier than our existing smoky favourite Peat Chimney and is a fitting celebration of our 10 years in the industry."
