London City Bond extends Laurent Perrier contract

London City Bond has extended its contract with premium Champagne brand Laurent-Perrier.

The dedicated wine and spirits logistics provider, will continue to provide bonded warehousing from its facility in Tilbury Docks and nationwide distribution to Laurent-Perrier's customers.


London City Bond handles 300 product lines for Laurent-Perrier, which are imported from France to Tilbury Docks.


David Hesketh, managing director of Laurent-Perrier said: "London City Bond is a natural partner for Laurent-Perrier.

"As the creator of one of the world's most esteemed champagne brands we need a logistics provider that can match the quality of our products. London City Bond does just that with its can-do approach to dealing with the exceptions that all logistics operations have to face on a daily basis."

Alf Allington, managing director of London City Bond, confirmed the portside facility as an ideal location to offer efficient, cost effective warehousing and distribution. He added: "We are delighted to be given the opportunity to build on the partnership we have established with Laurent-Perrier. It reflects our overriding commitment to providing a high quality logistics service, which is a pre-requisite in the fine wines sector."
