UK: Fosters's boss Frank Swan is retiring at the end of next month.
A board member for eleven years and chairman since 1999, Swan is being succeeded by David Crawford, a non-executive Foster's director since 2001.
Foster's chief executive Trevor O'Hoy said: "Frank has made a significant contribution as chairman through periods of major change and business transformation."
Non-executive board director Colin Carter is leaving at the end of this month.
He is also a director of the Westfarmers operation, which is set to be taken over by the Coles Group, one of Foster's retail liquor customers.
