DIY drinks at Roka

Zuma's sister restaurant in London, Roka, has invented a new scheme which will give guests the opportunity to create their own signature Shochu drink.

Participants will be given a personal consultation with mixologist Tony Conigliaro, who will take note of individual preferences, such as flavour and colour, in order to mix up a bespoke concoction.

The end product will be five litres of personalised Shochu. The production process can take up to three months, and prices start from 260.
