Agile Media: Senior Events Co-Ordinator

The Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Agile Media for a senior events coordinator to join our team. The Senior Events Coordinator role reports to the Event Manager and includes working as part of a team to deliver high quality events for the drinks industry.

The Senior Events Coordinator role would be responsible for;

• Managing events in own capacity
• Manage existing events and develop new projects in the year
• Develop event briefs
• Research, book and liaise with venues
• Setting and maintaining budgets
• Assist with managing events schedule
• Main point of contact with sponsors
• Liaising and working with event suppliers
• Liaising with judges and chairman
• Managing AV and staging
• Managing workload of and working closely with Event Coordinator and Events Administrator.

Candidates MUST have experience of running events from end to end and should be used to multi tasking and dealing with a high volume of events. They should have strong administration skills, good attention to detail, and experience of working in a busy team environment.

The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, personable and fit well into the team. They will have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, be able to take the initiative and be able to deal face to face with clients, suppliers and guests alike.

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
