The Ritz executive chef John Williams MBE has received a Lifetime Achievement Award.
David Hesketh MW, managing director of Champagne Laurent-Perrier handed over the gong at the Tatler Restaurant Awards 2013, which took place at The Langham.
Hesketh said: "Once again Laurent-Perrier is delighted to support the Tatler Restaurant Awards, which recognises the finest rising and established gastronomic talent in the country. John Williams is an outstanding chef within the industry and this is an extremely well deserved award."
Williams has been executive chef at The Ritz since June 2004 and he heads up a team of more than 50 people.
